I'm Lewis, an independent technician based in Dudley. I build and maintain my own networks and PCs, and I bring the same care to the equipment in your home.
I don't sell hardware, so any advice about what to buy is independent. If a job needs a specialist, I'll tell you.

Can I book on behalf of a relative?
Yes. You can arrange and pay for the visit, and I'll send you a summary of the work afterwards.
Can you build a gaming PC?
Yes. Share your budget and what you'll use it for, and I'll recommend a parts list. You buy the parts in your name so the warranties are yours, and I assemble, set up and test the system.
What happens if a PC part is faulty?
Every build is tested before handover. If a component is faulty, I'll identify it and help you return it under the manufacturer's warranty.
Can you recover lost files?
Often, yes, if the drive still works. Data on a failed drive needs a specialist recovery service, and I'll tell you if that's the case.
Do you support businesses?
I work with homes only. Businesses are better served by a dedicated IT support company.
